ROMMEL EDWIN JENNINGS

Rommel Edwin Jennings “RJ” age 63, was born June 20, 1959 he departed this life unexpected on Saturday evening January 8, 2022.  Rommel was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.  He excelled in sports, basketball, boxing and bowling.  His favorite football team was the Washington Redskins.  Rommel graduate from East High School class of 1977.

Rommel is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Goldie Jennings, his sister Hollis Jennings, and his nieces Nia Jennings and Ayrris Webster.

Left to cherish his memory, brothers Michael (Joanne) Jennings and Darryl Jennings and sisters Maryanne Andrews, Doris Middlebrooks and Macy Jennings; children Shawn King, Tonji Jennings and Nizsa Cole; grandchildren Dae’leon, Shianne, Tylin, Taleah, Kyleigh, Ellon and Isaiah; great grandchildren Tylin Jr., Namoi Valentine and Dae’leon Jr.; nieces Vicki Caslin, Schrenetta Hill, Belinda Revere, Christina Middlebrooks and Jayde Webster and nephews Ricky Parnell, Mark Andrew and Rondale Middlebrooks; uncles Joseph (Silvia) Banks and Eugene Jennings ; also a host of great nieces and great nephews.
