Coach for Mifflin Sharks Little League Football and Battlestars Little League of Gahanna. Preceded in death by parents, Vincent Hicks and Lucy Neely. Survived by son, Todd D. Williams; daughter, Cynthia Granger; brothers, Charles Alston and Vincent Neely; 6 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
